How to Apply for a U.S. Visa Through the Business Visa Program 17 December 2008
Once an AmCham-China Member's application has been approved by the U.S. Embassy and they have received the Official Permit Card, the member company can begin using the Business Visa Service.

*Please note:
1. The U.S. Embassy officials reserve the right to suspend or expel your company Business Visa Service privileges should there be any indication of fraudulent application information or misuse of the program. Please use the outmost care in reviewing application materials before submitting applications.
2. Business Visa Service and Business PLUS Visa Service program members are expected to maintain careful records concerning visa applications submitted, and to report any irregularities to the U.S. Embassy Visa Unit and AmCham-China.
3. Be Sure to Apply Well in Advance - Apply at least 7 weeks before your planned travel dates to allow sufficient time for the processing of your visa. Applicants must allow time for special clearances, incomplete paperwork, and possible investigations. The earlier you can apply the better and please inform yourself of visa application requirements!
