China Connect sat down with Mike Chinoy, former CNN Beijing bureau chief and senior fellow at the US-China Institute at the University of Southern California, to discuss developments in North Korea. Mr. Chinoy, a North Korean expert and a keen observer of Asian affairs, has had unmatched access to the recluse state with 14 trips to the country over the years.
