| The People: We are actively looking for Experienced Consultants and Managers both in Beijing and Shanghai or high volume sales driven people that we can give ‘first class’ training Many different backgrounds are appropriate for work in recruitment. We usually recruit people from a specific skill discipline to recruit for that discipline (i.e. ex accountants recruiting accountants). However what matters more than background is attitude, passion, and work ethic. In order to give some guidance we would suggest that some or all of the following areas of experience would be useful: • Inquisitive, excited and passionate about people • At least 2-3 years post qualification work experience • A degree in languages, business, science or the arts • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and strong organizational skills. • Target driven and hungry to successes. • Experience working for an international company • Fluency in Mandarin and English for all positions at Antal. |
