| Job Description Enhance internal communications between Boeing China and BCA/Boeing Corporate. Promote Boeing China and its business development among internal stakeholders through different publications and tools. Through internal communication vehicles, help build awareness and understanding among all Boeing employees of China's importance to The Boeing Company. Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 1. Identify, initiate and create content for internal communications on different platforms 2. Act as communications focal for Boeing 777 airplanes. 3. Publications: a. Ensure editorial content of Boeing China Newsletter is compelling, interesting, and credible and reflects the Boeing brand. b. Responsible for the writing, editing and producing the Boeing China newsletter. Focal to maintain and update distribution list of Boeing China newsletter c. Act as focal for BNN and BCN development and submission. d. Responsible for developing stories for Frontiers. 4. Print projects: a. Primary coordinator for print publications. b. Oversee the quality of print projects, ensures that print quality meets Boeing print and graphic standards. c. Responsible for the proper use and application of the Boeing logo and signature. d. Identify qualified printers, designers and vendors for PR print and promotional projects. e. Work closely with other company divisions to develop Boeing literature in Chinese. 5. Ongoing maintenance of Chinese-language website. Ensure Boeing China website contains current, fresh information and remains a robust source of information for external as well as internal audiences 6. Photo/Video libraries: a. Provide photographic services as requested by management. b. Manage the photo/video library, which includes the filing of photo prints, slides, CD-ROMs, videotapes and image library on the Boeing website. c. Organize and implement a photo-shoot plan for promotional events and for requirements that meet the photo library. d. Provide assistance to Boeing vendors, such as video crew, covering Boeing events. 7. Inventory management of gratuities and event supplies: a. Order and track gratuities from China and Seattle sources. Ensure that gift items meet company quality standards and recipient expectations. b. Maintain an on-site inventory of conference supplies, i.e. folders, notebooks, pens, name badges, etc. c. Supply gifts and related supplies to Boeing sponsored events. Meet with vendors and suppliers to procure gifts for The Boeing Company. 8. Other duties assigned by management.
