| • Educated to university level in a commercially discipline; • Speak fluent English and Mandarin Chinese; • Either 3-5 years IT relative experiences or strong interesting in IT industry; • Be a very good communicator who is willing to develop as a professional recruitment consultant with a leading international brand. Ability to work independently and as a proactive team member; • Strong research skills with ability to contact organizations and individuals for interviews ; •Target and results oriented. |

| •Selling both recruitment services to companies operating (both low and high volume recruitment); •Advising our portfolio of clients, and new clients on their recruitment needs; •Developing complex recruitment solutions tailored to the requirements of individual clients, and then delivering these solutions with the very highest emphasis on service and quality; •Working as an integral member of a team locally and in virtual teams across our office network to offer clients cross-border recruitment solutions which are truly unique to Antal; •Developing business with existing and new clients using the tools and successes of the whole of the Antal International group; •Contributing to your own and team profit centre’s ensuring targets and goals are reached. |
