-Ensure standard ECP Overview is updated on quarterly basis (in coordination with Work Plan).
-Twice yearly, prepare promotional articles for publication &#8211; including coordinating with WGs/memcos to get copy-ready relevant material, drafting ECP-wide portions, coordinating with AmCham, USG, others for publication venues, oversight of publication-ready copy process.

3)	Website management, including: 
-Oversee and administer website &#8211; including ensuring accurate, up-to-date and relevant content on front-end (including photos), memco-related databases and library; and coordination with web service provider so website is fully functioning from back-end and for members. 
-Coordinate transition to new provider and the cloud.
-Set up and administer news alerts and other processes (e.g. coordination with memcos for energy sector-related news) to keep homepage content relevant and of interest to memcos.

4)	New member development and support, including:
-Support new member recruitment to help meet target goal, including responding to potential new member standard Qs and where necessary explaining/guiding the new member application process.
-Implement new member administrative processes, including dues invoicing, securing and posting standard information from new memco for memco profile page on web and new memco personnel designations at WG level. 

5)	With ECP-Secretariat team, support good working relationships with USG and any other relevant organizations as determined by Executive Director (ED and Program Officers responsible for ChG relations). 

6)	Manage HR process for ECP team hiring and intern management:
-post notices / JDs
-collect resumes and sift to create likely candidate pool (for interviews)
-schedule/organize interviews and facilitate consensus on candidates
-coordinate with Executive Director on notification of selected candidate; issue standard regrets to those not chosen 
-oversee new personnel administrative orientation
-oversee and manage interns (as their duties are 75% in support of ECP-Secretariat Operations)

7)	Operations/logistical support and coordination for Meetings:
-Coordinate and provide administrative support for the holding of ECP-wide internal meetings and events, including primarily monthly ExecComm meetings and the October symposium.
-Coordinate and provide administrative support for the scheduling and holding of ECP meetings / events between ECP ExecComm, Memco senior executives and ECP&#8217;s bilateral partners (with a focus primarily on USG).

Internship Program:
