Tackling the Breast Cancer Challenge in China

As the global breast cancer burden increases and diagnosis rates climb in countries like China, strong leadership across government, public health, industry and civil society is required to coordinate a comprehensive, impactful and sustainable response. Komen and its global partners, including GE, are working towards our shared mission – a world without breast cancer. Please join us to learn more about how Komen is globalizing its strategy and specifically how the organization plans to work on the growing challenge of breast cancer in China.

Susan G. Komen For the Cure unites the world's boldest community of breast cancer survivors and activists to make the biggest impact against breast cancer, and over the past 30 years has worked to build on advances in research, treatment and community mobilization to ensure lessons learned are translated into culturally-relevant, sustainable and scalable models of women’s cancer control wherever the need is greatest.
