Legal Committee
The Legal Committee of AmCham-China is responsible for supporting the General Counsel and Chairman of the chamber with respect to the legal issues that may arise, as well as to support the legal review and analysis with regard to proposed regulatory and legislative enactments that may impact AmCham-China member companies. The Committee has recently submitted comments on the 2nd Draft Labor Contract Law, Anti-Monopoly Law, and is involved with various initiatives with the legislative and regulatory agencies of the PRC government. In addition, the Committee will be organizing more legal community networking events and opportunities.
