Chinese Government Affairs (CGAC)

In support of AmCham-China's mission, CGAC strives to be: the council and think tank of the Board on government affairs, an additional resource and asset in providing government affairs-related advocacy, information and networking services to the Board and Board membership, and a platform for government affairs professionals to discuss common issues, share best practices, and network. CGAC aims to fulfill its mission by: providing value-added, insightful counsel and services to the Board on public policy issues, new regulatory developments and their implications for foreign businesses, working with the Executive Office GA staff in strategy development and execution, providing government relations and public policy advice for AmCham committees and forums in their government engagement activities, and providing value-added information, networking, and skill-enhancing services to CGAC members.
