The Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Forum brings together professionals from the industry to promote common interests and beneficial policies, and to stimulate dialogue on the positive impact of BPO for both the US and Chinese governments.  The BPO Forum seeks to support the Chinese government’s plan to develop a healthy outsourcing industry in China as part of the 11th Five-Year Plan.
