About USC

Since its founding in 1880, the University of Southern California (USC) has grown into a world-class private research institution, offering students a global perspective and learning opportunities unmatched anywhere else. Poised at the nexus of the American frontier and the Pacific Rim, USC is uniquely situated to become a world center for leadership, research and innovation in the 21st century. Through our 15 schools and colleges, students thrive in an inter-disciplinary, learner-centered environment that prepares them to become global thinkers and leaders.

USC Beijing Office

Under the Office of the Vice President, Strategic and Global Initiatives, the USC Beijing Office is one of USC’s eight international offices around the world. Founded in 2012, the office has committed itself to enhancing USC’s presence in China and providing high-quality student services in various areas. The USC Beijing Office co-hosted a very successful career fair for our Chinese returnees in Beijing and Shanghai in 2016 and plan to develop the career fair into an annual event to continue to support our returning students. Our social media platforms – Douban and the monthly Beijing Trojan Newsletter – can be wonderful and efficient channels for job postings. We have established key partnerships with many top-tier enterprises based in Northern China, and we invite you to explore future recruitment opportunities with us, including job postings, internship programs, company visits, case studies, and more.
