The Legal Committee of AmCham China contributes to the legal review and analysis of proposed regulatory and legislative enactments that may impact AmCham China member companies. The committee has held panel discussions on regulatory updates and changes that are relevant to the membership, such as the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.
