MISSION
The US-China Energy Cooperation Program (ECP) acts as a bridge connecting governments with the private sector to advance sustainable development and facilitate commercial cooperation on clean energy, energy efficiency, and the environment. ECP’s 2022 strategic plan is grouped around three types of activities: Advocacy, Business, and Community. (ABCs)
