White Paper Delivery Meeting at the China National Intellectual Property Administration1

On July 7, Michael Hart, the president of AmCham China, led a delegation of member company representatives to meet with Deputy Commissioner Lu Pengqi of the China National Intellectual Property Administration and presented the 2025 American Business in China White Paper (White Paper).

During the meeting, the two sides engaged in in-depth discussions on topics including cooperation in US-China intellectual property protection, administrative-judicial coordination for intellectual property protection, patent pool development, and the opportunities and challenges faced by foreign enterprises operating in China.
