AmCham China created the Prepaid Event Access so that we could provide easier and more cost-effective access for cardholding members and non-cardholding member company employees to our 150+ events that are our members’ key vehicles to drive policy advocacy, sharing, business development and community bonding.

What do you get?

  • Prepay 12-month events with just ONE fapiao/invoice but more cost-effective price.
  • Events at the Beijing offices include but not limited to those of 150+ government affairs/relations, Forum & Committees, etc.
  • Access to AmCham China community via in-person events and/or live streaming platform.

What do you pay?

  • Cardholding members RMB 900 (instead of 150 RMB each event and a number of fapiao!)
  • Member company employees RMB 1,100 (instead of 250 RMB and a number of fapiao!)

  • Access opens to live streaming program. Please follow live streaming terms and conditions
  • The access package can be purchased from AmCham China Beijing Office year-round
  • Access is valid for a one-year period starting from the date of purchase
  • The access is non-refundable and non-transferable
  • Pre-event online registration is required by selecting the “Prepaid Event Access” ticket option
  • Use of the package is for the named individual only
  • No part of this access package may be exchanged for cash
