We are seeking a dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will serve as a primary care provider for a diverse patient base representing over 100 nationalities. You will be responsible for delivering comprehensive, personalized, and effective clinical services within an outpatient setting.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Care & Diagnosis
Assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions.
Develop and implement appropriate management and follow-up plans based on evidence-based medicine and clinical guidelines.
Offer comprehensive, reasonable, personalized, and effective clinical services to all patients.
Refer patients appropriately for specialist opinions, both within OASIS and at external institutions, as needed.
Patient Relations & Business Development
Build and maintain a strong patient base by fostering professional, long-term relationships with patients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Actively promote OASIS International Hospital outside the facility to enhance the hospital’s reputation and grow the family medicine practice.
Coordination & Continuity of Care
Act as the primary health coordinator, collaborating with other departments within the hospital to ensure seamless continuity of care for all patients.
Professional Development & Compliance
Remain up-to-date with medical advances through ongoing self-enhancement and continuing medical education.
Adhere strictly to clinical guidelines and the principles of evidence-based medicine.
Education & Leadership
Contribute to the training and development of hospital staff by sharing one’s own clinical expertise.
Participate in the creation, review, and refinement of clinical guidelines within the department.
Qualifications
Education: Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
Licensure: Valid medical license and board certification (or equivalent) in Family Medicine.
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of clinical experience in an outpatient family medicine setting; international or expatriate healthcare experience preferred.
Skills: Strong communication skills, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
Language: Proficiency in English required; Mandarin Chinese skills are a plus but not mandatory.
