AmCham China Bids Farewell to Consuls General Coleman and Green

As Consul General Coleman at the US Consulate General in Shenyang and Consul General Green at the US Consulate General in Wuhan complete their respective postings in China, AmCham China extends its deepest gratitude to both for their steadfast support over the past several years.

CG Coleman and CG Green have engaged directly with our member companies and played an important role in fostering a more open and constructive bilateral business environment. We particularly thank CG Coleman for his dedicated attention to our Northeast Chapter, and CG Green for his ongoing support of our Central China Chapter. Their professionalism, accessibility, and commitment to US-China commercial ties will leave a lasting mark on the communities they served.

Northeast Chapter

On June 6, AmCham China Northeast Chapter held the American Ball in Dalian, where a special farewell segment was dedicated to CG Coleman. AmCham China Chairman James Zimmerman and Northeast Chapter Chair Olive Liu joined him on stage to present a collection of photos from his past participation at Chamber events — a meaningful keepsake of their shared moments and collaboration.

Central China Chapter

On June 9, the AmCham China Central China Chapter held its last quarterly Consul General Briefing session with Consul General Green at the chapter meeting room. Local Executive Committee (EC) members and Chapter members joined to present a large thank-you cake and a memory book filled with photos and messages from the Consul General’s years of participation and leadership in chapter events. We are very grateful for CG Green’s dedication over the past two years in supporting Chapter members and fostering meaningful interaction between the US and local business communities.
