An AmCham China delegation led by Chairman Greg Gilligan and President Alan Beebe met with Ministry of Finance (MOF) Vice Minister Liao Min at the MOF offices in Beijing this week, during which the two sides had a full and productive discussion about a number of current issues. Liao, who was part of China’s negotiating team in the lead-up to the Phase One Deal signed in January this year, later posed with Gilligan and Beebe, holding a copy of the AmCham China Quarterly magazine.
