Besides Country HR Leader, Linda is also NXP Global Employee Resources Group member, and leader of Women Initiatives in Asia, for female development and promoting inclusive and diversified culture.
Linda holds a bachelor’s degree of Nankai University and MBA of Peking University. Certified by Cornell University in Human Resources Program. Graduation certification of Yale University Leadership Program.
Linda has more than 20 years’ management experiences in Fortune 500 companies. With intensive international working experiences with overseas training assignments in U.S, Europe and other Asian countries. Linda’s key expertise is in Management, Public Relation, Marketing, Human Resources.

by TEDA government.
Linda enjoys running, traveling, reading, playing piano, and spending time with family!
