Tony Jiang is Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at NVIDIA.Prior to joining NVIDIA, Tony served as Vice President for Government Affairs in China and Associate General Counsel in the Legal & Policy Group at Intel Corporation. In that role, he oversaw Intel’s China Government Affairs group, responsible for government relations, competition policy, trade policy, and technical policy and standards, and was a member of the Intel China leadership team.

Tony joined Intel in 2015 and has taken various roles in the company including Antitrust Counsel, Legal Policy Director, Managing Director of Government Affairs before appointed as Vice President. Prior to joining Intel, Tony worked at Alibaba Group as senior policy adviser. Before that, he spent 11 years in a central government department, where he gained rich experience in legal, trade, competition policy and international affairs.

Tony earned both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in law from Zhejiang University. He also holds a Ph.D. in Law from the University of International Business and Economics.
