On September 25, 2015, the United Nations will launch its post-2015 Sustainable Development Goals agenda, which aims to achieve three targets—ending extreme poverty, fighting inequality & injustice, and tackling climate change. The Global Goals for Sustainable Development could achieve these in all countries for all people.

If the goals are going to work, everyone needs to know about them. Project Everyone strives to ensure that every person on Earth is aware of these new global sustainable development goals—it aims to engage 7 billion people in the UN Development Goals in seven days. The Founding Team of Project Everyone includes Standard Chartered, Unilever and UN Development Programme (UNDP).

Experts from UNDP and Standard Chartered held a briefing Aug. 24 on Project Everyone, helping members understand what their organizations can do to realize the Global Goals for Sustainable Development.
