Firstly, it is necessary for an enterprise to be bold and curious, welcoming of the new age of technology and business ideas. Secondly, it benefits an enterprise to utilize and leverage the larger digital ecosystem while gradually developing your own. Additionally, it is important to build an adaptive organization with a top-down and innovative mentality. Lastly, enterprises should be constantly aware of related policies and regulations during periods of digital transformation.
