Marketing and Communications Intern

Required Work Period:

This internship will start in November 2025. Please apply only if you are available from November onward.

• Duration: Minimum 3 consecutive months, at least 3 full days per week.
• Working Hours: 9:00–17:30
• Start Date: We hope the candidate can start the internship as soon as possible.

Job Description:

• Drafting email campaigns both in English and Chinese;
• Supporting the operation of AmCham China social media platforms, including WeChat, Weibo, and Xiaohongshu, and conducting marketing reviews;
• Assisting with the translation of interviews, news releases, etc., and monitoring media exposure of AmCham China;
• Providing onsite support to AmCham China events;
• Other responsibilities as assigned.

Required Skills:

• Students currently enrolled in master’s degree programs in English, journalism, communications, or related fields; or current undergraduate students in relevant majors are welcome to apply;
• Native English or Chinese speaker with exceptional written command of the English language; ability to conduct research and communicate in Chinese preferred;
• Quick learner and attention to details;
• Exceptional writing and editing skills;
• Candidates who are dependable, flexible, able to take initiative and work well in a team environment.

Internship Eligibility:

• Candidates must be currently enrolled in a university program
• The position is open to Chinese nationals.
• Expat candidates must hold an X1/X2 visa.
