Customer Quality Engineer Job Description

Process owner for customer quality resolution process, from customer complaint to the satisfactory completion of issue resolution, including the achievement of continuous improvement. Responsibilities Includes:

  • Work Closely with Global Automotive Customers
  • Support Business Growth
  • Leader of Customer Complaints Handling
  • Quality Owner of Customer Scorecard
  • Owner of Product Quality Improvement

As a team leader, we are working with worldwide teams to provide the best support to our global automotive customers.

Worldwide Working Partners: IC Designer, Application Engineer, Product Engineer, Failure Analyst, Manufacturing, Marketing, Legal etc…

 

Our Requirements

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering Science.
  • Ability to resolve complex customer issues and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Strong English written and verbal communication and presentation skills and ability to influence others.
  • Flexibility to adjust to change and multiple ongoing issues in a fast-paced customer-focused environment.
  • Ability to work independently of management with leadership skills.
