Job Responsibilities
- Provide daily support to end users
- Solving problem on Windows OS, office , business application,
- Supporting Network ( LAN & WAN ) and phone system
- IT assets management optimization and standardization
- Database Maintenance
- Project implementation
Job Requirements
- Minimum College degree in Computer Science or related disciplines
- Good experience on LAN/WAN infrastructure and Windows AD
- Good skills on supporting job on Windows OS platform
- Strong problem solving skill ability to work independently under pressure
- Good command of written and verbal Chinese and English (CET-4 or above)
- Good Communication Skills and Interpersonal Skills
