US-China Aviation Cooperation Program Intern

Required Work Period:

• Duration: Minimum 3 consecutive months, at least 3 full days per week.
• Working Hours: 9:00–17:30
• The position does not accept online internships.

Job Description:

• Provide administrative and operational support to ACP team members;
• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of meetings and conferences;
• Support preparation of briefing materials, talking points, presentations, and meeting notes;
• Conduct research on aviation industry trends and policy developments;
• Assist with stakeholder communication and coordination;
• Provide on-site support during events, including potential short-term business travel.

Required Skills:

• Strong command of English (written and spoken), able to work in an English-speaking environment;
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently;
• Fast learner with a proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative;
• Strong team player with good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Interest in event planning and execution;
• Availability to travel for short-term business trips, if required.

Internship Eligibility:

• Candidates must be currently enrolled in a university program
• The position is open to Chinese nationals.
• Expat candidates must hold an X1/X2 visa.
