We are excited to announce the appointment of Olive Liu as the new Chair, Ladon Ghalili as Vice Chair, and Robin Zhang as Executive Committee Member of the Northeast Chapter. We warmly welcome these three distinguished leaders, who will work together to further promote the growth and development of the Chapter.

Olive Liu is currently Chief of Staff to the HPE China Managing Director and Senior Director overseeing Public Affairs, business operations, and strategic collaboration with partners in China. As a core member of the HPE China Leadership Team, she also drives ESG initiatives aligned with HPE’s global ESG strategy.
Liu joined the Executive Committee of the Northeast Chapter in 2023. Since then, she has been an active and dedicated member, contributing significantly to the Chapter’s growth and development. Her strategic insights and enthusiastic support for Chapter activities have been instrumental in creating a more dynamic and collaborative environment for our members.

Ladon Ghalili is Co-founder and Director of Epoch International. She has lived in Dalian since 1989 and is a well-recognized representative of the international community, frequently appearing on local TV and receiving awards and recognition from both government and private institutions in China.
She is also an experienced Chapter leader, having served as an EC member from 2017 to 2020 and as Chair of the Northeast Chapter from 2020 to 2024. Her return brings valuable experience in regional management and coordination, along with fresh perspectives and strategic direction that will further enhance the Chapter’s impact and services.

Robin Zhang is the Dalian Tax Leader Partner at PwC Consultants (Shenzhen) Limited, Dalian Branch. He has extensive knowledge and experience in transfer pricing, corporate income tax and indirect tax advisory, investment and operational structuring in China, and tax risk management for large enterprises. He is committed to maintaining a high level of industry knowledge and awareness of tax issues and opportunities.
Zhang’s involvement with the Northeast Chapter will bring new ideas and innovative approaches, further enhancing our ability to support members’ needs and drive regional engagement. His commitment to excellence and collaboration will play a key role in shaping the Chapter’s future.
