
Yali is Executive Vice President of Chayora Holdings and Co-chair of AmCham China, Tianjin Women Professionals Committee (WPC).
Yali spent 19 years with Verizon in the US, was Executive Director of Global Network Engineering managing teams in six continents. Since 2014, Yali spent most of her time back in China, advocating and driving more effective network connectivity while as Vice President of ChinaCache, successfully built the first carrier-neutral internet exchange in mainland China. Yali is currently Executive Vice President of Chayora responsible for Network and Strategy, supporting delivery of large-scale data center campuses in China.
Yali holds B.Sc. in Mathematics from Peking University, MBA from University of Dallas, and M.Sc. in Computer Sciences from University of Texas. Yali has a US patent in Internet technology and is Vice-Chair of the advisory council of Pacific Telecommunication Council (PTC).
Yali enjoys hiking, diving, classical music, and organizing social events. Yali is married with two grown children.
