I have served on the Board during the past several years and would be honored to again serve the American Community on the Board with a focus on 3 goals:
Strengthen AmCham 's ability to help US businesses export more to China.
Push for regulatory changes that would permit US service firms to operate more broadly in China and, in particular, US law firms to provide legal advice on Chinese law to US businesses here in China.
Strengthen AmCham's ability to help smaller US businesses to cost-effectively overcome PRC regulatory and administrative hurdles and locate business opportunities in China.
In addition, I will do my best to represent the interests of all US businesses and business persons here in China.
I have worked in China for more than 20 years and have an MBA and degrees in law and engineering. I have lived in Beijing for the past 16 years with my wife and three children.
