Following the conclusion of the Board of Governors Election, AmCham China is excited to announce the 2026 Board of Governors!
The seven candidates who successfully won two-year terms to the AmCham China Board are (in alphabetical order):

- Roberta Lipson, United Family Healthcare

- Min Qin, Mars
- Colm Rafferty, Vermeer
- Justin Zhao, Johnson & Johnson
Additionally, one member from the 2025 Board will step down after completing one year of a two-year term. Taking that place to complete the remaining one-year term will be:
- James Zimmerman, Loeb & Loeb
Per the staggered terms of the AmCham China Board of Governors, the six incumbent 2025 Board members will continue to serve in 2026. They will be joined by the eight candidates listed above.

As per the Constitution, the full 2026 Board will elect the Chair and Vice Chairs following the next Board meeting later this month, and ahead of the official start of their term on January 1, 2026.
