About This Committee
The Media and Entertainment (M&E) Committee provides a platform for members interested in entertainment and all forms of media to discuss industry issues, challenges, and opportunities. The Committee also organizes entertainment-focused events open to all members, fostering cross-industry networking, while facilitating discussions on recent policy and regulatory developments impacting the sector.
Mission
The Committee aims to better understand industry challenges through active engagement with its members, and to provide insights, knowledge-sharing sessions, and networking opportunities across industries to help address these challenges. It also contributes to making the AmCham China community more vibrant through a diverse range of activities. In addition, the Committee addresses key challenges faced by media and entertainment members through the Chamber’s annual American Business in China White Paper (White Paper).
